Brittany ‘Buttons’Howard is a white girl growing up in a black inner city neighborhood in West Baltimore. One of the 4 Lucky Charm female crew members, the easily influenced white girl —who is hated by most women and chased by most men— will learn that, in the hood white is viewed as weak and most people will take advantage of the weak if given the chance.
Button’s crew Nichelle Spencer, Keisha Paylor and Yusra  Mohammad can only protect her so much. But who will protect her from them? Fed up with the phoniness, Buttons finds herself on social media seeking what she believes will be genuine friendship. Against her friends wishes Buttons befriends an older guy named Rayven who she has more in common with then she knows. 
Rayven —— is a Baltimore city street legend convicted of multiple counts of murder, who will teach Buttons and her crew the true meaning of independence, though not before tragedy shows its face.
Now with sex as a weapon, knowledge as a key, and a desire to free her  new found friend, Buttons will prove to be more than just your average white girl.
